From a market gap to a global engineering company.

ATRI Solutions was founded by Sai Varanasi — an engineering leader with three decades of experience in corporate product development and startup environments.

Throughout that career, one problem appeared repeatedly: finding a product development partner that could perform rapid prototyping, deliver at appropriate cost, build complete integrated solutions, and keep pace with rapid technology transitions.

No such partner existed. So ATRI was built to be one.

Sai Varanasi founded ATRI Solutions after three decades of engineering leadership in corporate and startup environments — spanning R&D, product development, quality systems, business development, and manufacturing across multiple industries and geographies.

His founding conviction: the market needed a product engineering partner that could build complete intelligent products — rapidly, cost-effectively, and with genuine accountability for outcomes. ATRI is that partner.
